The shop was quite busy when I arrived, but Mario went the extra mile in making sure I was all set up with the right parts to get my old boat trailer back on the road. He even went as far as to call a couple other trailer part shops in the area to get me the parts I needed. This was much appreciated as I do not live in the Fresno area and needed to get the trailer fixed so I could get back on the road and head home the next morning. He did this all while getting two other gentlemen out the door with their parts as well.

I use Rockwell as my last resort. They have one guy at the counter who actually tries. If I was management I would gut the entire staff and start fresh. These guys don’t appreciate the jobs they have.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PART NUMBER THEN THEY CAN'T HELP YOU LAZY COUNTER PEOPLE WON'T LOOK IN THERE BOOK FOR YOU NO HELP
