Would not recommend using will call if you have anywhere to be that day. It took a full hour to tell me the parts I ordered weren’t there and another hour to do the paperwork to buy the two parts they did have. To say their speed is slow would give them too much credit.

Horrible service. Tried calling several times and can't get them to order my parts. Explained my problem to Nathan on my 7th call and asked him to have the manager call me. Nathan had an attitude and I could tell I would not be getting a call from the manager. And I was right. I would never buy a trailer again with Dexter axles.

I understand slow and slower, I've been ghosted for 9 days trying to get a bid on a replacement axle. I called eight times, I have left three phone messages and 3 emails. When I have a customer who hired me to fix their downed trailer, I can't keep blaming Dexter for their lack of customer service and explain I've heard nothing from the company. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy.

They have two speeds over here: Slow and slower. So bring your patience. But once they finally get to you, they are very helpful and knowledgeable. You have to slow your roll over here and get on their time frame. Worth it.
