I visited Rockwear for the first time, looking for a good pair of leggings today, a lovely young lady named Kareena greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome immediately stopping what she is doing to see how she could assist me. She was incredibly helpful, assisting me with sizing and offering great suggestions. Her friendly demeanour and knowledge made my shopping experience enjoyable and less daunting. Thank you, Kareena, for your outstanding customer service.
Kareena is the most patient, kindhearted sales assistant you'll ever meet. I don't shop for clothes often, but when I do, I take my time because I se my clothes as an investment. Kareena was so gracious, giving me the time, space, and advice about colour, style, and fit I needed. She knows the products inside and out and can tailor the best fabrics to your activities. I've been served by Kareena twice now and each time, I've left feeling fabulous inside and out. Thank you for your help, Kareena. I'll be back for sure!
The customer service I got from Janelle (I think it was) today was outstanding! She helped a very clueless mother pick clothing for her teen based on photos. She was extremely patient and polite. And yes they fit! Thanks so much x
