I thought that the ‘fish stew’ was more like a Broth, and the portion size wasn’t acceptable. If we return then it will just be for drinks.
We had a really pleasant experience convivial for good conversation. The drinks were extremely pricey but I guess you’re paying for the privilege of the beach location. Aga was very friendly and extremely accommodating.

May was lovely, very friendly. Delicious mussels & sticky toffee pudding. Children enjoyed their Ice cream sundaes!!
Overpriced, long wait for service. Often the upstairs is closed because I am told it is too expensive to keep that staffed as well as downstairs. This means that when they're not really busy you can't go there for a nice drink or meal with the best views. Before Rockwater was built the previous cafe was upstairs so you always had excellent views and the food and service was good as well as being reasonably priced.
