After receiving the quote which was reasonable and going through the process the workmanship was exceptional. The house looks brand new with several great comments from passing neighbours, the work force are hardworking, polite and tidy. Aldis was absolutely fantastic working under extreme warm weather conditions from start to finish. Rockwarm have just finished our external wall insulation. I have to say how good all of the team were. Communication from the office was excellent with a date and time schedule emailed or telephoned. The team that installed the insulation did a quality job. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, especially John. It has transformed our home.
I was initially visited by Boston to discuss renewing the render on the front of my house 🏡 This was followed by another meeting with Andy who informed me exactly what was involved and told me all the information about the process from start to finish. They did their upmost best to get work started as soon as possible.
