This was the first sleep study I have done and so far my experience with this company is very poor. Took several months just to get the appointment due to communication with my insurance. I am now 4 weeks past my study and I still do not have my results and the customer service is extremely bad on communicating. The the only info I receive is we are currently moving office and when “she” get to the results we will let you know.
My PCP sent referral to this place for my sleep study. They called me on 12/17 and said they verified my insurance and could get me in on 12/21. I agreed and was told my part would be $758. Didn't think that was too high since I have been on CPAP for over 10 years and my last sleep study was almost $1500 out of pocket. They never said anything about a second sleep study. I would give lower if I could. First off the the first night my tech was an hour late as I waited in room to get monitors on me Second night when I had to go back tech George wa rude as heck with no bedside manner. Third after it was life and death that I come back for study to get cpap they order me ask not knowing what size to get me “It’s on back order “ says Angie marsh.
