I’m incredibly disappointed with Rockwall ISD. Over the past year, our experience has been nothing short of frustrating due to the district’s handling of bullying. It’s astonishing how a school system that should foster learning and growth has instead become a breeding ground for bullying, with no real action taken to stop it.
