We dropped our K5 off on the 31 of May with a code and a a safety recall. Luke took the car in. I had to reach out myself on the 4th of June to get an update. I was told they would have answers hopefully that evening. My request for an update went unanswered. I reached out again on the 5th, we assumed they would have it awhile because at that point hey offered a loaner, maybe available that day. I took my car in for scheduled service and everything was great. The length of time was as expected and delivered as promised. Mr Brock gave me a 5 star service.,,
