Tried to up charge me on things I didnât need and performed an inaccurate inspection.Â
The service at this dealership has gone waaaaay downhill, with their construction going on. I live over 30 minutes from here and I drive past a closer dealership to come here because I've had great experiences here in the past. Now, it is completely different. The service agent was extremely pushy, trying to push services on me before I even got out of my vehicle. All I ended up getting was an oil change, which took 2.5 hours to get done. I will never come back to this dealership after my experience this time.Â
Dishonest and Unprofessional â Beware of Kia Rockwall Service Department I took my car to Kia of Rockwall, TX for a simple oil change, and it turned into a complete nightmare. The technician used the wrong oil , which caused the check engine light and oil pressure warning light to come on right after the service. We dropped our K5 off on the 31 of May with a code and a a safety recall. Luke took the car in. I had to reach out myself on the 4th of June to get an update. I was told they would have answers hopefully that evening. My request for an update went unanswered. I reached out again on the 5th, we assumed they would have it awhile because at that point hey offered a loaner, maybe available that day.
