Took my 16 year old in due to swollen tonsils....the nurse asked if they could perform a strep test, I agreed. She asked my daughter to open wide, using a tongue depressed she looked in to her mouth said "OH MY GOD" and ran out the door....to get another nurse.....you can imagine the hysteria of my 16 year old daughter....my jaw hit the floor. Not very professional and scared the whits out of us.....said go the the er.....67.00 for a 3 minute nightmare.
Not quite the friendliest or most coordinated clinic is for sure. more so frustrated about the clinics failure to send any information regarding my appointment to me despite signing up. Post driving 45 minutes to the clinic i call and inform them i might be 3-5 minutes late. i am told that is okay only to receive another phone call being told that showing up anymore than 1 minute late will result in the cancellation of my appointment.
Will be back! Came here for my son’s sports physical. Provider was super friendly and she had us in and out in a reasonable time. Highly recommended GC!
