Every time I come here I have the same experience. I make an appointment weeks in advance, I show up with my vehicle at the correct time, I spend 30 minutes at the service center, I get told my parts will be there in 2 days and I schedule a time to come back. WHY DO I HAVE TO SHOW UP TO BE TOLD YOU DONT HAVE THE PARTS? IF IT TAKES 2 DAYS FOR PARTS, WHY CANT THEY BE ORDERED WHEN I MAKE THE APPOINTMENT? These guys are incredible. Took my truck to them on a Monday morning, and just picked it up ready to roll on Wednesday evening. Johnathon stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me updated through the whole process. I will not be going anywhere else with my Ford vehicles. These guys are top notch!!!
