After getting spark plugs replaced here with Mary, car smells like gas in the cabin if the air is not on recirculate. Could be a coincidence, I don't know. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. In December 2025, I took my Mustang Mach-E to Group 1 Ford of Rockwall because the Ford app indicated that the 12V battery needed to be checked. I scheduled a service appointment through the app and clearly selected that I would wait at the dealership at the scheduled appointment time. My husband took his King Ranch here for an oil change yesterday 1/2/25. Service desk advised that the oil change was done, coolant topped all the essentials that are normally included in an oil change were completed. My husband makes it a habit to look at his levels before he takes it in for service and thankfully this time he did. He was concerned at how quickly it took them so he checked his oil level was low and dirty, coolant not topped off NOTHING!!! I just want to share my experience with the service department. I went to them since I have a Ford Escape but didn't buy from there but went there since the dealership that I bought it from couldn't figure what was wrong with my cars AC. So took to Ford Rockwall and the customer service wasn't bad ..Ozzie helped me and was upfront on the costs. I had front end work done on my car when the collision center was there and was told as long as I own the car, my car is covered. I have been calling and leaving messages for Sean (Service Manager), and he has yet to return my call! I have called numerous times and spoke with several people, and everyone say the same thing..."I'll leave a message for him to call you back." This is pathetic and now I'm having to escalate the issue because he's not returning calls.
