I had front end work done on my car when the collision center was there and was told as long as I own the car, my car is covered. I have been calling and leaving messages for Sean (Service Manager), and he has yet to return my call! I have called numerous times and spoke with several people, and everyone say the same thing..."I'll leave a message for him to call you back." This is pathetic and now I'm having to escalate the issue because he's not returning calls.
Excellent service and service personnel . Quick and efficient service delivery. , reasonable service charges.They pick your vehicle from your location and drop it back after service if you need. I never had such a wonderful vehicle service experience . 5 stars no question.
Jamie did all he could to meet my needs with timing and getting everything approved through warranty. Great guy and worked hard to get me out of here on time. Will come back and ask for him as my adviser.
