Bought a new Ford F150 King Ranch Power Boost. I have had it in their shop twice because there is a ground fault error when I try to use the 240 outlet. Also, I get an alert saying a door is left ajar. So I took the truck in twice and both times they say everything is fine, if that were the case why would I be getting the error messages and the 240 outlet is still not working. Michael Fry at the parts department was extremely helpful. He got me set up with all new suspension parts and bushings, brake pads, spark plugs and when the shipment came in earlier than expected he called to let me know. He was very professional and courteous, even loaded everything into my truck when I came to pick it up. 10/10 experience
