Michael Fry at the parts department was extremely helpful. He got me set up with all new suspension parts and bushings, brake pads, spark plugs and when the shipment came in earlier than expected he called to let me know. He was very professional and courteous, even loaded everything into my truck when I came to pick it up. 10/10 experience

Parts department will leave you on hold for 20 minutes and hang up on you without you even getting to talk to anyone.
Guy behind the counter is very helpful and friendly. They had the parts I needed, and for cheap too. Will be back for sure!
Liars. I went to see a truck they had advertised. When I got there, I saw at least 7 salesmen standing at the front entrance to the building. I tall young man came out and I asked him about the specific truck. He left and returned only to tell me his coworker went to lunch and took the truck. I was okay! Do you have a similar truck. He left and came back to tell me the truck was unavailable. I asked when his coworker was returning, and he couldn't provide a time. I was so disgusted with the effort and information provided.
