This place is perfect for me. I had alot of stuff going on and found it hard to fit in a workout on a regular basis but this place is so flexible and has classes thru out day to fit anybodys busy life. They push you when they know you need it and really care about what they do! I will recommend to everyone. 10 stars in my opinion
I love this place!!! Since having my son I’ve tried EVERYTHING. RFBBC is the only thing that’s been working for me. Not only that, it’s also fun. Shockingly, I’m addicted and look forward to working out again! The coaches are amazing and the community is amazing.
