I had an AC issue, but my old AC guy is no longer available so I had to hope for the best. I was very happy with Rockwall Electric Heating and AC and will definitely be calling them again. The woman who answered the phone at 5:10 am and was very cordial and explained the service fee up front and what to expect on the service visit. Everything was as smooth as she described.
