We were referred to Rockwall Electric Heating & Air by a friend. Jeremy Pollard came to our house and immediately found an issue a different a/c company who had been there a week prior had missed. Even after finding a problem, Jeremy still went under the house (pier and beam) and took a look at all our ductwork to be sure nothing else was wrong. Chris and Rockwall Electric helped us out of a dire situation with another contractor gone wrong scenario on our home remodel. He even helped in documenting what was wrong from the previous contractor and re-installed everything to code. I highly recommend this group. They provide great customer service which is hard to find these days.
Trace is wonderful. He does an excellent job explaining things and gets the job done quickly and neatly.
Excellent and timely support. Understood the issue, chased down the exact problem. My go to and they do not pressure the customer. If there is a critical problem u related to the reason for the service call, they make recommendations. Again, simply excellent.
