Dr. Koetter is very thorough and is the best dentist I have used. Her office is very friendly and takes care of everything. I have been using their office for 15 plus years! Very happy with their service.

I took a day off work to be at my cleaning appointment today. I got there and they didn't have me on the calendar. I made the appointment for 6 months after my last cleaning. I didn't get the day wrong, they just didn't have me on the schedule anywhere. No apology, the response was 'you're wrong, its not there - we're booked today'. Only offered other times when I'd have to take another day off work.
