Nothing like driving 30 minutes for the location not to open on time after lunch and have a sign stating no tech for cryo.
If I could possibly leave a 0 review at this point I definitely would!! I have been coming here since this place opened and paying with NO MEMBERSHIP for very dyer health situations and I have not had only one but now two poor inappropriate miscommunications and services both while clients where in store!! If your techs and front desk workers knew what to offer for customers that specifically stated their needs these type incidents would not happen!! Great in and out experience as well as skilled and knowledgeable staff. However, I would have loved the option to purchase a reasonably priced package for Cryo therapy + compression. Rating reflects lack of options not staff. The staff is super helpful!
