Shalby is the best in the IV room <3 :)
I will never visit this place again. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was never clearly informed about the IV cut-off timing. Instead of being polite and understanding, they tried to make me feel stupid and uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience
Shalby was very rude while administering the IV. Upon my late arrival, she made faces, spoke loudly, and behaved as if she were the owner of the business. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.
This was a very disappointing experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful. No one clearly explained the IV cut-off time, and instead of treating me with respect, they made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. I won’t be coming back to this place again.
