I have had pretty good dealings with some of the service liaisons at Rockwall CDJR, in terms of customer service. However, they are ALWAYS backed up, if you schedule an appointment, that is just to speak with their service tech, and speaking from experience, if they keep your vehicle I hope you have a spare. Today was a different experience, however. Today I came in for a service and all seemed well, they could get my vehicle in the bay and I'd get it back same day. The porter is an absolute joke!! 45 mins I waited in the waiting room after being told 10 min. I said I'd order a ride if need be, I was reassured, not to worry. 2 hours before the vehicle was supposed to be ready I began inquiring about the porter to retrieve my vehicle, I was told he'd be there on time. Even told, he's dropping someone off and that he was on to me next. 10 mins after my vehicle was supposed to be ready I had to order a Lyft because the porter NEVER showed.
