Took four hours (update: I may be released in 30 minutes, so it will have only been 3 hours) to change a battery that was under warranty. It is impressively slow. Additionally, the service agents couldn’t be bothered to greet customers when they pulled in. I thought they may be busy when I pulled in, but it was the case for everyone. Expensive, but great service personnel and work done on time needed.
I got an oil change from the dealership, and now the engine has no oil, and it's all over the ground. Looks like it's coming out around the oil filter... leaked all oil out it's also all over my driveway at home. Don't get an oil change here!
