Took four hours (update: I may be released in 30 minutes, so it will have only been 3 hours) to change a battery that was under warranty. It is impressively slow. Additionally, the service agents couldn’t be bothered to greet customers when they pulled in. I thought they may be busy when I pulled in, but it was the case for everyone.
