I only call Keith for all my a/c concerns. He is always responsive, on time, and honest!!!
Keith came out to troubleshoot the plugged drain lines for the AC. There is no one else you want to use to repair or replace your AC - period! Works sun up to sun down and just delivers outstanding and solid work! He fixes it right the first time! You can trust that he won’t screw you over with unnecessary repairs and recommendations.
Keith at RockwallAir provided outstanding service at my father’s home today. He was prompt, professional, highly proficient, personable, and offered a trustworthy and unbeatable price. He took the time to clearly explain everything and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine customer care. Highly recommend Keith and the RockwallAir!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Rockwall Air! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Keith at Rockwall Air. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC and had it up and running in no time—just in time for the Texas heat! What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and even gave tips on how to maintain the system for opt... read more
