Very disappointed with poor service and lack of responsiveness. We discussed or requirements of having a door that could handle all day sun. They recommended a provia door. Our door went in fine, we'll sort of. Then after a year the finish started peeling. After contacting them numerous times with no result. I contacted the door company who put me contact with the supplier who then sent me back to the contractor/company who wasn't responding in the first place. I am very pleased with my front doors. The care, attention and patience afforded me was greatly appreciated. I see exceptional leadership at QWD that made my experience positive. Front doors say a lot of the people who live inside the home and what they can expect once they step through those doors. I feel like QWD with their recommendations, quality installation, and attention to details from start to finish has contributed to making my home inviting and welcoming.
My experience with RWD was a first class and professional from start to finished. From the initial visit and quote to installation the process was exceptional. Installation day went seamless and the team could not have been more thorough. I highly recommend RWD for new windows and doors. First outreach was in late Feb. 2025 and install was completed by mid-April 2025.
Rockville Window & Door Co replaced our front entry door as well as installed a new exterior door on the side of our home.
