Had 7 windows replaced in a townhouse with laminated windows to decrease the traffic noise. After a long discussion on my needs with Rachel she got me exactly what I needed and the crew did a fantastic job with the installation. The difference these windows make is striking...both in appearance and in keeping the noise down. Everything went as planned and promised and I can't ask for much more than that!
Called to get info on some windows and the rep Ashley was extremely unprofessional, and very poor on her customer service . Because of her poor attitude with us we said we would rather speak to someone else and she said she’s the only one that was available because there remote and we said well I guess we won’t be working with you . This company is not responsive to customers. It took them nearly two years to replace a broken glass window. They displayed displayed disorganization, rescheduled appointments multiple times, claimed to have forgot to order parts and broke glass in the warehouse which they claimed delayed the order. A delay could account for a couple months but not two years, COVID or not.
