Honestly, the nicest people to deal with. Great facility, and they keep it extremely clean. The prices for the units I find to be very fair seeing as we live in a very expensive city. And to me the affordability is even better knowing that the facility is new and always being maintained! Thanks guys
Love this storage location. I had a bad experience with a different chain facility before moving here. The staff is great, the storage units are new and clean, the prices are better than most and everyone I’ve met is helpful and friendly. The only thing that you need to be aware of is the buildings and gates automatically lock at 9 pm for safety so you have to plan accordingly. Great facility very clean , customer service was great , I have been threw a few storage places over the years and so far this place has been the best one yet
Avoid this storage facility..... they do not enforce rule in a uniform. I currently pay full.price for 2 units. However, my access to the unit, access to the elevator and access to leave are appearantly restricted without any notification. I will be leaving the facility and before so will be having a very personal conversation with the trash bag that is appearantly the manager. To the point that when trying to remove remove items from the until, the elevator was completely shut down without warning, noticeor any compaction..... read more
