Matt is amazing!! Everyone here is so willing to help out when you need it, I needed to get my winter tires on for my g driving test the next day and Matt was willing to squeeze me in to do it so I could do it safely!! No one wants to get a car fixed but if you do they still leave you with a smile.
Great customer service
I called and made an appointment for a differential seal. Day of, I realized I booked at the wrong Rocktown. Needed the seal done as I'm driving out of town 7hrs. The desk guy got cocky, then proceeded to charge me 75.00 for an inspection, to tell me what I booked the appointment for! It gets better 8am until 10:40 I waited and paid for the work. Amazing service! Friendly, helpful and fast and very fair price. Had a sudden break in my exhaust at the resonator. It was very close to coming apart and I needed my car. Called and described the problem over the phone. Matt said that they can usually repair such issues with ease and told me to bring the car in. 30 minutes later the car was on the hoist. Fixed up my rotten fuel pump with OEM parts within a few hours, same day. Very expensive parts thanks to the GM stealership trying to get people to replace repairable vehicles, but the labour was cheap
