Excellent doctor and staff. They knew what needed to be done, made all the scheduling and completed all the insurance paperwork. Had one shoulder worked on last year and the other this year and finally can sleep at night without the unnecessary pain.
I have had at least six MRIs at East Manhattan Diagnostic. This is the most professional and courteous center that I have visited. As a testament to their competence, it is the only center in the city that my specialist will use. It is a pleasure to deal with the staff at East Manhattan.
The staff at East Manhattan Diagnostic could not have been more terrific. They were courteous, helpful, polite and efficient. From the from desk to the MRI technician my experience having the MRI was made quite easy. I certainly appreciate the professionalism of all.

The staff, starting at Reception, is unfailingly polite, patient, and helpful. My appointments were given on time, which is so important to all of us . And, the Doctor who actually did my MRI , was efficient and had GREAT music in the earphones, which makes the MRI seem much easier . The radiologist promptly got my results to my orthopod . I had a great experience with New Vision Dental. They treated me very well. They answered all of my concerns about my teeth. I got my teeth worked on without any problem. Excellent dentist. I was referred bya friend who also came here with her family. I really like this office and will come back for more treatment maybe even getting braces or veneers for my front teeth.

I just had my first dental chexkup done here at New Vision Dental. I am very impressed with their service and professionalism. Dr. Au and his staff are great. This will be my dental office from now on because this office just feels right for me and my family.
