Horrible customer service. Once I requested the refundable deposit back for my mom, no communication or call back just took her deposit and ran.
BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY. You will see all the 5-star ratings and be fooled into thinking they are great, but they are no longer that caliber of a business (all of the recent reviews support this). My experience: I was scheduled and confirmed for movers to arrive between 8AM-10AM. I received a call at 8:45AM and was told that there was an issue with the truck and that they would need to reschedule me to 2PM. SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST ROCKSTAR PRO MOVERS! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company tried to scam me out of an extra $800 with a completely made-up fee! They claimed my belongings were being transported in an 18-wheeler and that I had to pay a "transport fee" for moving everything from the big truck to a smaller one.
