Ashley was sooo nice to me helping me get a really small dog harness!!! I found one i loved thank you! Also my pup sat on the tortoise!
Our family loves rockstar pets, including our bulldog Oona. The employees are always so helpful. Suzi is always so cheerful, She did great with helping us find the perfect sized harness, working and helping try them on tell we found the right one and in pink! We will always be regulars Plus we love visiting the Turtle, Roadblock?
I love Rockstar Pets! I'm in there at least once a week to get food for my critters. I recently got a bearded dragon and Ashley helped me so much! She even talked me through how to set up his tank correctly. She's always smiling and is the sweetest person. Ashley is the absolute best!!
We have NEVER received such impeccable customer service as we did today from Nat. She knows her stuff and went above and beyond in assisting us in finding the perfect new pet for our family. You can tell that she thoroughly enjoys her job, and it shows in her customer service skills. We walked into a reptile show in Filer, Idaho and I'm so glad we ran into Nat! Thank you for all your help!!!
