I DO NOT recommend Rockstar nails to anyone!! If I could rate a 0/5 I would, their behavior is extremely disgusting & disappointing, especially considering their claim to be a “kid-friendly” salon. Such a claim should encompass all children regardless of their age or personality!! It is soooo easy to be accommodating to bring in extra clientele along with good service. It says “kid friendly” but it was very much the opposite. They had no patience whatsoever when my daughter started crying because she was over the wait. I told them that she was autistic & was just overstimulated. They did not want to give her a mani/pedi. They skipped her turn and went to someone else. They did not want to give my daughter a CHANCE. Never again. Y’all need to have more patience and be more understanding if y’all want to be considered “kid friendly”.
This place is usually great, but today was absolutely horrible. Kevin is the worst nail tech ever. He was very rude and hateful and more worried about playing on his cell phone than the customers. I told him how I wanted my nails and he was refusing to do them the way I wanted until he realized I was not going for how thick he insisted on doing them did he finally file them down.
