I'm giving this three stars because the price was fair and the work was fair. We had countertops placed over Christmas, 2024. There are gaps left in place where shims were required. They used caulk in two out of the seven areas that required it. I ended up finishing the job, but that's not what you would expect when you drop $8,000. I was the one to even remove the previous countertops myself to reduce the financial burden. We reached out to the company who have yet to get back to us.
RockStar did the quartz countertops for our new home in Old Fort last year. We were very, very pleased with their work - absolutely no complaints, and our counters are beautiful.
We worked with Jeff to get a quote for new countertops in our 1960s home and he was very communicative, professional, and helpful. I requested quotes for 4 different materials after viewing them in their showroom before deciding on the one we got. Once we approved the quote, it was about a month or so including templating time, making a deposit, and finally install. An excellent experience every time we work with them on a project! As a general contractor this team has fabricated and installed dozens of kitchen and bathroom vanity countertops for us in a wide variety of materials including granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, and soapstone. Each and every time the results are the same, a beautiful product, on schedule, and as quoted without any surprise or delays.
Tj is truly amazing. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He saved me from a nightmare with another granite company. My counters are absolutely beautiful. I'd definitely recommend him and his team for any of your granite needs.
