We do not recommend Rockstar Landscaping for snow removal. When our first snowfall occurred, nobody showed up. We followed up the next day and received confirmation that they would come. We followed up with texts and voicemail messages with Rockstar for the next 4 days with absolutely NO response and NO snow removal. Unacceptable. We have moved on.
I got a quote for snow plowing which I thought Price was great Sent back the contract and now can't get a call back from anybody for over 2 Weeks and had 2 more driveways for them right across the street reviews can make or break you Update he said he never got any of my messages even recommending finally got him to respond did a great job on plowing now just can't get an invoice to pay tried but nothing I can't believe that you don't want money
I had a couple trees with previous storm damage and other yard work. The crew was very meticulous and friendly. The cleanup was great and the price very fair. Thank you RockStar for a job well done .
Great experience with the team. Responded promptly to my request for a tree to be trimmed after a winter storm. They performed great work and would use them again.
