Awesome experience and service! Staff was so kind
I got my dermal (for the third time) done here today and had an amazing experience. The shop was spotless and everyone I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and super accommodating (I’m very indecisive and tend to yap a lot). The final price was even lower than my original quote I was given over the phone. I felt comfortable the whole time, and loved my results. highly recommend!
My initial experience was great,however, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.I called around 8:20 PM to inquire about getting a replacement nose ring because the one I previously purchased had broken. I was told the store closed at 9:00 PM but that if I arrived any later than 8:45 PM, they would not be able to assist me. I arrived exactly at 8:45 PM, only to find the doors already locked. I got my Navel pierced and the guy who pierced me used way too small of a curved barbell to the point my skin started to heal around the ball on the top, and the ball on top fell off its prongs. Which I had to go to a different piercer who was able to save my piercing before it was too late at Elegance Piercing. Which I highly recommend!
Worked with Xavier a traveling piercer who did awesome work. Super kind and patient. It was my second piercing experience there and both were awesome and desk staff were kind and friendly too!
