I have 17 piercings, and lost 3 in the past, so I know whats up. This place is fantastic. Its clean, the workers are kind and patient. I got my eyebrow pierced and it was a way better experience than the last time I got it done. If your nervous about getting a piercing done, you can just call or walk in and ask them questions and they'll take care of you

I got my dermal (for the third time) done here today and had an amazing experience. The shop was spotless and everyone I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and super accommodating (I’m very indecisive and tend to yap a lot). The final price was even lower than my original quote I was given over the phone. I felt comfortable the whole time, and loved my results. highly recommend!
My initial experience was great,however, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.I called around 8:20 PM to inquire about getting a replacement nose ring because the one I previously purchased had broken. I was told the store closed at 9:00 PM but that if I arrived any later than 8:45 PM, they would not be able to assist me. I arrived exactly at 8:45 PM, only to find the doors already locked.
