Callie was awesome! So kind, informative, and approachable as a piercer. She was re-piercing my rook and realized the hole actually looked open still, and was able to just put jewelry in without piercing it, which saved me some money and some wound healing! Would definitely recommend this place, everyone was so kind :)

I couldn't have picked a more perfect place to have my daughter's ears pierced! Lou was our piercer and I cannot say how much we appreciated them! Not only did they ensure that my daughter was consenting, but they were thorough about explaining what would happen, how it might feel, how to care for her ears, and made sure to answer all of our (parents) and my child's questions before piercing. I got my eyebrow pierced here and it was the best piercing experience i've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and they answered all of my questions. Callie was my piercer and was patient while I aired my concerns and talked me through the process. I honestly had so much fun.

Great, careful staff! I needed help after letting my tragus start to close. The staff carefully used a few tools to get a hoop to fit back in! Other places would have just tried to re-pierce it, but they worked carefully to test reopening first. Will go back for all future piercing and jewelry needs. I always have an excellent, high quality experience!

My piercing is way too high up it was supposed to be back dermals and it's almost halfway up my back everyone thinks it looks dumb so embarrassing it's at the bottom of my ribcage for reference
