Rock Solid Custom Concrete is very difficult to work with. I have been trying to get Rocky to repair custom counter tops for almost 4 months on a new home he installed counter tops in. He sets appointments, then does not show, doesn't call, and won't answer his phone from that point on. When you do get to talk to Rocky, he always has an excuse as to why he didn't make it out, or why he couldn't call (Phone lost, material on another job sight, etc...)
