Horrible communicator! After not getting the logo right on our shirts, I reached out to rectify the problem and Christine did not respond until almost a month later only to say she “ was out till next week” then never reached out again. I had to reach out multiple times. It took 2 months to get my product returned. Still not done correctly. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!!!
Horrible experience from the the get go! Terrible communication, awful customer service. We spent 247.00 on a order with her and no product, also no refund. Buyer beware. I should have read reviews 😑
The worst communicator ever, I was referred to this business by a great friend and we have had the worst experience. We can't get a final price correct, we can't get the logo we want that was sent, we can't get a refund and on top of her pricing she's adding a 3% fee. When asked whats its for she can't explain. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HER, Read the reviews first and see why!
THIEF!! Christine is HORRIBLE to “work” with. She responded when we initially placed the $70 order and then NEVER again. We have been waiting for 6 weeks for our order and she will not respond to texts or phone calls. BUYER BEWARE! She will take your money and never give you the items. We are reporting her negligence to all the schools. She should not own a small business. TERRIBLE!! Update: We filed a dispute with our credit card company; that is the only reason we finally got a refund. Do not purchase from this company.
Should have read the reviews. This woman did a letter jacket for my grandson and it's the worst job I have ever seen. The color's are wrong and the felt is falling apart. My son took it back to her and asked her to redo it and she said no. She doesn't stand behind her work and she does a very unprofessional job. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
