Enrique was awesome! Tire wsnt flat near the shop and he helped us out within 20 mins!
Enrique was so nice and helpful. I was having a bought of a bad luck streak and he took such good care of us, making sure we would be safe while we had to wait a few days to get new tires. You cant beat that level of care.
Enrique really helped me out in a pinch right before a long road trip. Excellent service and trusted advice

Used to be a great shop that took care of customers. My whole family were regular customers. But no more. The new younger guy they let take it over really tanked the place. And now he is plain dishonest. The last straw was I brought a car back that he put 2 tires on, because a balance weight came off. Thats their fault. You would think he would rebalance and honor his work. Nope. Charged us to rebalance again. This would have never happened under the last guy they moved over to the Raleigh shop. Such a shame.
