Went to go get a quote to get some tires changed. They gave me a price then later increased it when I asked to confirm the price. One of the employees gave me an attitude when increasing the price. I had used them before to get a tire changed and they had messed up my wheel. I decided to give them another chance this time but I did not like the attitude given by the employee. Very unprofessional.
Rude employees , had bad service previously as well. Figured I would give the place a second chance as I am a local benson native. After this last interaction never again and will not be recommending this place as well. Was given a quote after they looked at my wheels and tires and a couple of minutes later the employee raised the price on the quote. WTH who does that?! I've been coming here for 5 years and it seems every time gets a little worse. Had a terrible experience today with a very rude employee. I will never go back.
The man was kind enough to put air in a tire for me at no charge. I was Grateful!!
