Can never get my bathtub fixed, in three and a half years they just snake my shower but something else is wrong because every time they "fix" my drain, it still is broken and fills up before the shower. Also, I wanted a bigger apartment. How do you charge me fees for breaking my lease when I'm trying to move into another one of your apartments in the same building? I have never heard of that.
I’ve lived here since 2020. The only thing keeping me is my spacious size apartment. Property manger does not care about tenants at all! Plumbing in my building is horrible. My unit have flooded 4 times leaving my carpet fully submerged in every room. Sewage water overflowed from drains yet my carpet has never been replaced. Temporarily stayed here for very close to a year, The neighbors were really nice for the most part outside of 1 particularly. Never felt unsafe, never seen anything outrageous, yes the teens hung out in the lobby pretty often (being teens) sometimes leaving their trash behind, but housekeeping was pretty good about keeping things cleaned up for the most part. I did not feel safe living here. Multiple live bullets and shells in parking lot. MULTIPLE thefts. Just don’t give this leasing agency any of your time. They don’t care about tenants. Air conditioner was busted even after repairs were made. Came back into the unit to clean it and there had been tons of black mold around the vents. Watch yourself, watch your lungs, and watch your life living in this complex.
