It's sad when business owners try to do everything they can to keep their property in tack and look nice! But they can only do so much! They have things looking real nice around here. It haven't been this way in years! Then you have these people who pulls up in here in their cars, eat a whole bunch of fast food, drink a bunch of liquor and beer and soda, and then dump the s*** inside of our parking lot! The worst living experience ever it use to be a good place to stay a few years back but now they have roaches they will ask you to move if u complain. They charge late fees when you pay your rent on time. When I moved out they charged me 170 $ for keys I returned. The leasing office is very unprofessional. I don’t even right reviews the way I was treated has me here please do not rent from them you will regret it.
Here's a big thumbs up to Rockside Towers! I've been here since 1994 so I've seen the good and I've seen the bad. This is 2025 summer coming in soon. And this place is not the same place as it was at this time last year. You guys have done a lot of upgrades on apartments. Can never get my bathtub fixed, in three and a half years they just snake my shower but something else is wrong because every time they "fix" my drain, it still is broken and fills up before the shower. Also, I wanted a bigger apartment. How do you charge me fees for breaking my lease when I'm trying to move into another one of your apartments in the same building? I have never heard of that.
