Not a whole lot of people are too excited about going to the dentist. But Dr Slivka and his staff make it the best it can be. The office is immaculate and everyone is really nice. One thing that really stands out about this dentist is his honesty. He doesn't try to sell you things or feed you a bunch of bs like other Doc's do and neither does his staff.
I don’t like going to the dentist. With that said, my experience at Rockside Dental was great given the circumstances. The quality of customer service was above and beyond. The dental assistant that did my cleaning and x-rays was polite, informative, and engaging during the entire process. She and Dr. Jackson even took pictures of my teeth to be able to visually explain what work was needed.
