I had a fantastic experience while visiting Whistler and was happily surprised to find a Rocks & Gems location there, a store which I originally found on my trip to Banff a few years ago. Caitlin provided amazing assistance, which made the entire experience exceptional. I ended up picking up more than I expected, due to her wonderful recommendations, and am so happy with my purchase. Her expertise, patience, friendly demeanor, and overall GREAT energy made this experience one of my highlights to BC. Thank you, Caitlin!
This is a cute store but disappointed in the quality. Bought two expensive bracelets and both of them are already broken. One was 25 CAD and another 30 CAD which is not cheap and disappointed for that price the string already broke and when it fell off gems cracked and my dog got a piece a swallowed it and now sitting in ER vet with my dog.
