Our family has spent more than $50/month on a membership at this car wash since they opened. Today, I was treated so rudely by an attendant named Brittany while entering the car wash. Went inside to complain - Brittany was allowed to yell - fuss & deny everything she did even though the young man who was there when it happened was shaking his head agreeing with everything I said. Fraudulent charges on my account without my authorization. Unacceptable person working there. Says there's no way to contact the owners. Going to continue to try to locate someone in charge that can help me. Also contacting my bank to try to dispute charges. Terrible way to do business
I picked a "car wash sale" you had going on for November 2023. $14.99 for November. My account was "closed out" and no longer valid, according to the person working when I tried to use the wash last week on Monday, December 11th, 2023. (she typed my tag number in twice and told me I was not able to go through).
