I absolutely love this gym The community here is fantastic, and the vibes are always good! I appreciate how everything is well organised, with plenty of gear and space available for open sessions as well.
I joined Rocks when I was 14 weeks pregnant and trained until I was 36.. The coaches modified workouts and members made me feel included & welcome daily. I returned as a member 4 months pp and the classes became the best part of my week and bettered me as a person. The community is lovely, programming is awesome and coaches are very educational definitely recommend.
Dropped in while travelling through Brisbane. We had an awesome class with coach Nash. Fantastic coaching, super friendly members. Great space and facilities. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to join a great CrossFit community! Thank you for having us.
