My washer will not spin out the water. Call and he came with in a week . They cane in and said it was the pump so he put in a new one. Paid $210.00 . The next day I did some washing and the same thing. I call and he said we will put you on the list. 1 week went by I call every day they said on the list. No call no show . So on Monday I had to do washing so I have to wash them and when it is done I have to respin. To get them so I can put in my dryer. . I still to this day have not heard from him . And I am out 210. Rocky did a wonderful job repairing our oven! He has worked on a few appliances in the past and all were outstanding! I could have not asked for a more professional, friendly and honest person! I would recommend him to anyone!
We had a terrible experience from beginning to end on the repair of a refrigerator at our rental property. Communication is terrible and they do not stand behind their repairs. We are out $311.00 and the refrigerator is still not working as promised!
I know how hard He works. How late He comes home. How He tries to satisfy. I know how Dark it is when He comes home. You never know what will happen at each service call and He wants to do it right. I know because He sacrifices dinners with His families and many nights eats alone because of His many service calls. He is dedicated to His customers which are many. More satisfied that not. Thank you Rocky for your hard work in our community.
Do not use these guys. Rocky doesn't believe in working in the morning for service calls. We were in a bind because they were the only ones available to fix our microwave. So we had to use them. They don't give you a window so you have to waste your whole day waiting for them. They called me to say they were 20 minutes away and didn't show up for over an hour. They obviously do not care about their customers time. Very disappointed with them. Avoid if you can!
I really enjoyed my experience. They were friendly and very helpful finding my dryer motor, and it was 1/4 what I could find one for online. While I was there they treated my son to a doughnut :-) and I noticed the wide selection of very nice appliances at awesome prices. From the cheapest thing to modern high end stainless steel, they had it all. The next time I need an appliance I'm skipping the big box stores and checking there first!
