The building has been extremely unaccommodating during this very difficult time (Covid & Quarantine). They provide no leniences or flexibility, and instead try to take as much money from you as they can. Since quarantine started, ROCKROSE (the building) has become extremely stingy with money while also removing amenities for tenants to use. In our situation, The building quoted us one thing in WRITING, and only when we reached out to confirm this, did they notify us that their policies changed and would no longer adhere to w... read more
