Do not rent!!!! This company will destroy your life over charges that they will fail to justify it and provide timely documentation. I had to leave their "luxury rental" in March due to a roach and bed bug infestation to which they did not rectify. DO NOT RENT!! Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures of the nice looking apartments. I've had roaches in my apartment for the past 3-4 months now, and 4 times or 5 (lost count) I had an exterminator come in (from the building) and yet still saw roaches. I've tried to ask for a discount in rent and tried to have the exterminator come in in a day that I'm home so I can make sure the work was done right, but there was no one to talk to.
