My aunt was in thier 3 years ago. Luckily her son got her out. It was nasty. Stuck. Help was terrible. My wife had to wash her every time we went. They picked on her at night. Workers held phone in her face while people at party was face timing workers It was so so sad. She had als so she couldn’t move. I wish this place would get shut down. Do not let your family members go here. True true story. Dump
My mother moved into the memory care unit (Gardens) in early January. The staff has been excellent. They are kind, caring and always update me when I visit. (I'm there about three times a week.) Lynn, the director of the Gardens, is passionate about elder care. She has been responsive, empathetic, and given me great advice about how best to care for my mom. Highly recommend.
I lived in the Independent Living apartments. Rockridge provides everything you could want in a retirement community. Beautiful place, well maintained, attentive staff with excellent communication. Food is excellent with a good variety and many days during the year of specialty items on the menu. Director is always available and is attentive to residents’ needs. She goes the extra mile. My mother really loves everything at Rockridge from her room to all the workers.
Rockridge has been a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to secure my mother a room during a challenge time. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The residents were all happy to welcome my mother as a newcomer and eager to invite her into their community. The location is also excellent due to the surrounding forested setting and close proximity to doctors, hospitals, stores, and other services.
