Amazing experience. Wonderful care and a warm and welcoming place .
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the entire team. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’ve been a patient here for 6 years, and I’ve always received outstanding care from the entire team. Dr Koida is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She’s thorough, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during procedures.
I have been coming here for a few years. I left due to insurance issues, and I came back as soon as I could. Dr. Koida is very professional, and she really cares about her patients. Sandy and Michelle are also very competent and professional. I really enjoy visiting the office. Even though odontologic treatments can be a little difficult, I almost always look forward for my appointments due to the humanized care, and the fun staff. They go above and beyond.
I always have a positive experience at Rockridge Dental. Everyone is super friendly, accommodating and extremely good at their jobs. I highly recommend checking them out.
