We held our six year old grand-daughter's birthday party at Rock Reef on Bournemouth pier. The staff were fabulous; attentive, hard-working & communicated brilliantly with the children. Children & parents had a fabulous time & we got the wonderful Beccy from Beccy's Bakes to make us a clip and climb birthday cake. Highly recommend Rock Reef as a children's birthday party venue.

Very good place .. lots of walls and and a highline course and cave.. Only thinking if the buzzers on the wall could be lit up, or make a sound when the kids get up the top and finally reach for the button would add to the excitement and acomplishment .

We had such a great party here. Plenty of space, felt clean and organised with enough staff to feel taken care of. Would go again.

I visited Rock Reef with my 12 year old daughter to have a go at climbing. The induction was fine, harnesses were fitted. The fire alarm went off and the evacuation was quite poor. The staff began clearing out the center but people just seemed to wait in the reception area. It appeared that there wasn't a structured procedure carried out. The guy that did our safety talk was the only person taking control. He went on to offer us longer to compensate the time lost. That was a kind gesture. As for the climbing.
