Management is really bad at this site. It takes forever to get anything fixed through management with maintenance. The manager is very unprofessional and knows it but does not care. The manager has a very foul mouth. She does not enforce the leash law in her apartment complex. She does not enforce that her tenants pick up the feces after their pet. There is no management on site. The kids run around tearing everything up like a pack of wolves, parents do not control how they act. The is no responsible people here to protect the property. There are numerous lease violations such as noise that are not enforced. I can not wait for my lease to be up to get out of here.

We lived there for one year untill I had to relocate. We found it to be a decent place, close to the bay. Staff was friendly, we will be returning in a couple years and will probably rent there again.
