Very well staffed with knowledge and helpful people. I needed some documents notarized and was assisted quickly , thoroughly and efficiently.
I’ve been to the Rockport Mail Center a few times now, and unfortunately, each visit has been unpleasant — but today really took the cake. I came in to drop off a few return packages from clothing stores. Each one had a QR code, which is supposed to be scanned so the store can print the return label for shipping through FedEx or UPS. This location was listed as a drop-off site, so I came here expecting they could help. When I walked in, there was no line.
