I’ve been to the Rockport Mail Center a few times now, and unfortunately, each visit has been unpleasant — but today really took the cake. I came in to drop off a few return packages from clothing stores. Each one had a QR code, which is supposed to be scanned so the store can print the return label for shipping through FedEx or UPS. These people lie to you , charged us 10.00 for a key deposit on our box then when we turned it in they said it didn't have a deposit! Plus we had it in writing it was a deposit.
