So this is for rock pool real estate operating under Wallis, managing The Waterway Village centre with offices on site. The rubbish out the back, around the bins, needs to be managed properly. The bin chickens have torn open all the bags that the restaurants dump in front of the bins. I'm posting this here because there is no number anywhere I can see to contact the centre manager.
Rented through Trudi, she did a cursory examination at exit, then proceeded to send us two bills totalling $500 for a bond clean (1 bedroom unit). This is despite me and my wife spending a week cleaning the property thoroughly, and my wife is absolutely fastidious about cleanliness. So, if you're a tenant, be warned, and expect to be charged a bond clean fee EVEN if you have cleaned it very well. The worst real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. I was bullied and harassed until I eventually couldn’t take anymore I ended my lease early. Trudi Manning is a liar and very bad at her job. One of the most horrible people I have encountered. Do not use this agency
It was my pleasure meeting Tara and her very professional team . This property was not an easy sell however Tara was extremely sensitive to my feelings and always treated me with special care and tenderness which obviously comes naturally to her.
