BEWARE!! Not as advertised. My wife and I flew from brisbane to what was advertised as "luxury" high end.. house for a hard earned holliday. What absolute rubbish!!! The only 2 positive reviews are the owner and daughter. The house is tired, old and poorly maintained. Pool doesn't heat unless it's a hot day... Pool was filthy dirty and clouded so the owner dumped extra chemical in but didn’t check levels or test it. Just spent a few days at Rockpool, we found the owner to be very nice and accommodating. The weather was perfect so it made the overall weekend great. Loved the MR area, the house and decor, especially loved the polished concrete, wood flooring, the great spa in one bathroom and the hot water outdoor shower. The home was very clean, great comfortable beds. The house had everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool. Warning!! This owner tries to get your money and not return your bond! She is claiming that we used her water tank when we didn’t even know there was one! Also this house is in of some serious maintenance. Loose cabinetry, no toilet lid, one of the rooms doesn’t have a door, ice and water not working on fridge, furniture that looked like they could collapse at any moment. Also the house was filthy! Rockpool Gnarabup was such a lovely stay! Location is perfect right only 2 minutes from the beach. The house features a lovely pool too!Would definitely recommend anyone visiting to come stay here. 10/10
