Amazing place to live. Anna the property manager is a life saver. She really takes care of all her tenants and will go above and beyond for them.

The team at Rockpoint shows little effort in caring for their tenants. It was an extremely frustrating year (2025) dealing with it. Hopefully they are under new management soon.
Michelle and team were great upon my arrival! I was from out of town and had just got a new job within a very short amount of time. I was super behind with paperwork when I showed up. She was very patient with me and was super helpful about completing the paper work. It’s been a month now and the property has been clean and everyone has been very nice
