Michelle and team were great upon my arrival! I was from out of town and had just got a new job within a very short amount of time. I was super behind with paperwork when I showed up. She was very patient with me and was super helpful about completing the paper work. It’s been a month now and the property has been clean and everyone has been very nice
Great place to live in and great management
We lived here for a year and constantly had trouble with management. They never answer the phone, it's a constant battle to get anything done. I don't think ANYONE has gotten their deposit back and I left our place cleaner and walls better than it was given to me.
Michelle Rodriguez and Anna Kudrya have been an amazing property management team to work with. They helped me with a transfer between units that was quick, easy, and they really care about the residents and their needs. Great team. Thank you both.
Initially, I gave it a 5 because living in the town was okay, and the gym and pool were amazing. However, when moving out, the management charges a lot, and you have to wait over five months to get your deposit back with no updates. I never delayed any rent while living there, so I expect the same fair treatment. Additionally, the apartment has no noise cancellation, so you can hear your neighbors, and the place is very dusty.
