Michelle Rodriguez and Anna Kudrya have been an amazing property management team to work with. They helped me with a transfer between units that was quick, easy, and they really care about the residents and their needs. Great team. Thank you both.
Initially, I gave it a 5 because living in the town was okay, and the gym and pool were amazing. However, when moving out, the management charges a lot, and you have to wait over five months to get your deposit back with no updates. I never delayed any rent while living there, so I expect the same fair treatment. Additionally, the apartment has no noise cancellation, so you can hear your neighbors, and the place is very dusty.
i was harassed by some punk security guard who demanded my license because he thought i was causing havoc even though i was just letting my car warm up, and started accusing me of doing something malicious. absolutely disgusting behavior by a rent a cop. and then when i didn’t give him my license he trespassed me.
this place absolutely reeks of trash because on garage day you put it outside of your door and it’s legit smells like death. the building letters are at ground zero hidden behind trees and can barely be seen unless you’re right up on the building which is inconvenient and terribly designed
