Terrible place to live. Fraudulent system. They will bill you even when your lease is over. I was getting charges for months following for some other random person who moved into our place after our lease ended. They then sent it to collections saying we owe them, yet I was able to dispute because it was an obvious fraud activity. The staff live in those apartments as well, so when we were sleeping at NIGHT, they would come knocking on our door to leave us a note saying that we left dog poop on the grass even though we had n... read more
Fraudulent activity. They claimed they never received my security deposit aka first last minths rent as well as the bathroom sewage leaked into the sinks and bathtub. 2 days after living there and they charged me. When I had proven to them after I got my 3 days pay or vacate that I had paid the first and last months and came in with proof and asked them to pull the written contract not the digital. The6 found it but told me it was to late and they already started the process of eviction and couldn't stop it.
The apartments here are very nice. The area around here is growing. There's a little dust that comes in but the grounds are well maintained. A great place for animals, kids and the staff treats their residents very well. Anna and Michelle are top-notch management. I've enjoyed living here for the last 2 years.
