Booked an appointment 5 hours ahead of time. Showed up early, no one was in the suite, went back to the car and waited until my actual appointment time, went back inside and still no one was there. Went back to the car and waited 15 minutes past my appointment, and the mans still didn’t show up. Took time away from work to not even get a haircut.
