Worst service, rude and unprofessional. I don't suggest to park there.
We reserved parking via SpotHero for 10:30pm Thursday - 12pm on Sunday (three days). We got there at 11:30 (with a confirmed reservation and QR code) and they said they were full and could not accommodate us. We had to go to another garage and were unable to cancel through Spothero easily because the reservation had already started. Do NOT come here. There are much better garages close by for around the same price.
Avoid this parking lot at all costs. Second time I make a reservation and once I arrive to the parking lot, they don't accept my car due to the lot being full. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
We’ve always had good service. Both dropping of and retrieving our car. Almost always user park wiz. Just make sure you don’t get there earlier than booked. (This is always true with park wiz)
